Cerberus Unleashed!
Want to help support my development, but cannot donate? There's something I would appreciate so much!
Checkout my new game! Even just visiting the page helps 😀🐿
Note: I somehow mixed up both the options in the level select screen. If you don't want to miss out on the story, then check the box labeled "Skip Story" (I know, it's weird, but I'll patch it when I get the chance!) Same thing for tutorials.
This game is abandonware, but it's actually playable from start to end! The codebase is complete spaghetti, and the project is simply too big for me to finish
Please let me know what you think; maybe one day I'll take another crack at making this game!

I've really liked this take on the sokoban puzzle ! along with those snippets of a story !! i would really love if it would tell you what are the requirements for each medal
( so far the levels with purple buttons have been a dumb to play since each time you undo the buttons just ,,, reset with boxes still on them , also the door that get opened by those get inverted so if you press on a button they close )
Thank you so much for playing! I'm so happy to hear you played levels from the end of the game, because those were some of my favorite puzzles to make!
If I were to tackle this project now, I think I'd need to create some kind of automated puzzle solver so that whenever I fix bugs or add features, I ensure all the levels I've made still work with some set of solutions.
The game does not display the requirements to unlock the medals unfortunately, but under the hood I set a "gold" number of moves/seconds, and the thresholds for all other medals are derived based on a scalar applied to the gold values.
The purple switches are sticky, so they actually are meant to temporarily stay stuck! I designed them for the puzzles with Cerberus, since he can jump and hit multiple buttons in a single turn - the idea being every button you land on stays stuck for a few turns so that you can pass through the gate they unlock. I never settled on some sort of design language that displays the "wiring" of the buttons, so that it's clear what they do when pressed, or what the conditions are for gates.
Thanks for your feedback, and for taking the time to play!
I mean you can color code the buttons for gates ,,, if that's hard to wire , currently im about to get 37 stars but lvl 35 isn't registering that i've collected the star , along with lvl 37 which doesn't have a finish line
Currently i've beaten it !!!
Congratulations! To get the star on level 35, be sure you only take one turn as Cerberus (you can chain multiple jumps in a row to travel further in one turn). If the star is dark, that means it can no longer be collected, but if it's transparent, that means you got it!
Let me know if it still gives you trouble! I never thought anyone would go for all the stars, and by this point, I forgot what I hid behind the door lol so you'll have to get a picture and send it to me :)
So you ( well a past version of you ) congratulated me for even doing it ! and you gave me a skin that half the time speed so i can gold the time . also all JK&L turn gray and whenever you move they have the walking anim of Cerberus
the only thing i dont like abt this game is that you have to do it within a time limit to have the 3 golden medals ,,, like is just a weird decision since puzzle games aren't about speed
ALSO !!!
please ,,, i need more of these characters ,,, i really like how you made the devil a goat in a suit ,,,
Nice! Thank you so much for all your feedback! I will be sure to forward your compliment for the sprites to the artist :)
